Q2: Can you provide Type Test Reports? Do you support Witnessed Type Testing (WTT)?

Q4: Can core parameters such as winding material, losses, and temperature rise of power transformers be customized to our technical specifications?
A4: Absolutely. We can customize pure copper or pure aluminum windings according to your requirements and incorporate these specs directly into the formal technical agreement. Parameters like total losses, short-circuit impedance, and temperature rise are strictly verified via actual testing prior to dispatch according to the owner's technical specs. Loss performance guarantees are clearly defined in the contract; units failing factory acceptance tests (FAT) will strictly not be shipped.

Q5: Are your products suitable for harsh environments such as high temperatures, high altitudes, or high salt fog? Can they adapt to renewable energy projects like solar and wind?

Standard quotations are locked for 15 days; for long-cycle engineering projects, the validity period can be extended up to 90 days (and up to a maximum of 180 days upon negotiation).
