> Functional units
• According to different transformer capacities (100kVA and above), install integrated controller for power distribution monitoring and reactive compensation, measuring current transformers, metering current transformers, HR series isolation cutters, high-resolution automatic reclosing and leakage comprehensive protection outlet switches, composite solid-state relays, inlet and outlet terminals and other electrical components.
• The cabinet is divided into measuring room, isolation knife gate room, feed switch room and reactive power compensation room.
The electricity meter and metering transformer shall be in the same room and separated from other rooms by sealing plate. The door of the box can be sealed with lead seal and lock seal. The reactive power compensation room shall be separated from other rooms by galvanized steel plate of no less than 2mm.
• The power distribution cabinet adopts the side of the box to enter the wire. A special stainless steel waterproof elbow is set, and a waterproof rubber pad is arranged between the elbow and the box to facilitate cable wiring.
The outlet adopts two forms: the side outlet and the bottom outlet. The inlet and outlet outlet are sealed with epoxy resin plate of no less than 2mm.
• No matter whether the reactive power compensation device is installed or not, the internal structure, bracket and baffle of the box body are the same. The internal panel of the distribution box without on-line monitoring and reactive power control device is only reserved with no opening.
