The anti leakage requirements for are as follows:

Insulation resistance: At a temperature of 20 ℃, the insulation resistance of transformers of the same brand, capacity, and voltage level is generally not less than 100M Ω.

Power frequency withstand voltage: Transformers of the same brand, capacity, and voltage level generally have a power frequency withstand voltage of 3Un ten times.

Dielectric response: For 2n~3 years or 11kV, 1kV power transformers, the limit of dielectric response should not exceed 3o, 1kV power transformers when applying 2Un voltage, and the limit of dielectric response should not exceed 30 when applying 2Un voltage.

Partial discharge: In transformers with voltage levels of 1kV and below, when the partial discharge test is only conducted on oil-immersed transformers, the discharge capacity should not exceed 3 () pC.

No load current: under normal power supply, the no-load current of the transformer shall not exceed the following values: (1) no more than 1% for the transformer with Nameplate capacity less than 1600KVA, and (2) no more than 2% for the transformer with Nameplate capacity greater than or equal to 16OkVA.

Temperature rise: The temperature rise of each part of the transformer during operation should meet the following requirements: (1) the temperature rise limit of the winding should not be less than 60 ℃; (2) the temperature rise limit of the transformer oil surface measured by a thermometer should not be less than 55 ℃. (3) The top oil temperature rise limit measured by a thermometer shall not be less than 65. (4) The temperature rise caused by overheating of the cooling device is not limited.

In addition, there is leakage current. When the rated voltage of dry-type transformers is 220kV or below, it should not exceed AS-N or 1; When the rated voltage is less than 3 pairs, it should not exceed ± 2.5 percentage.

The climate and environment in Mongolia have a certain impact on power transformers.

Most areas of Mongolia have a continental temperate grassland climate, with long and cold winters and short and hot summers, with spring and autumn connected. There are different natural geographical features such as grasslands, deserts, and mountains that can have an impact on the operation and lifespan of power transformers.

Firstly, the severe cold temperatures in winter may affect the operation of power transformers. Low temperature can lead to poor cooling effect of transformer oil, thereby increasing the load and temperature of the transformer. This may have a certain impact on the insulation material and structure of the transformer, and even lead to faults. Therefore, in response to the severe cold climate in Mongolia, it is necessary to choose transformers suitable for low-temperature environments and ensure that the transformers operate within the normal load range to avoid overloading.

Secondly, the high temperature weather in summer may also have an impact on power transformers. High temperature will increase the load on the transformer, causing its temperature to rise. If the transformer is operated for a long time in a high-temperature environment, it may lead to accelerated aging of the insulation material and even faults such as short circuits. Therefore, in high-temperature environments, appropriate cooling measures need to be taken, such as installing heat dissipation equipment or adding ventilation facilities, to reduce the temperature of the transformer.

In addition, due to the harsh geographical and climatic conditions in Mongolia, weather such as strong winds and sandstorms may have an impact on power transformers. For example, strong winds may cause vibrations in transformers, increasing the risk of mechanical failures; Dust storms may cause erosion and damage to the outer shell and internal structure of transformers. Therefore, when designing and selecting transformers, it is necessary to consider the impact of these adverse weather conditions and choose transformers with strong wind sand resistance and corrosion resistance.

In addition, due to the significant climate change in Mongolia, the design and configuration of power transformers need to be optimized based on the climatic conditions of different regions. For example, for areas with particularly cold winters, it is necessary to select transformers suitable for low-temperature environments and ensure that they can operate within the normal load range; For areas with high temperatures in summer, corresponding cooling measures need to be taken to reduce the temperature of transformers; For areas with frequent adverse weather conditions, it is necessary to choose transformers with strong wind sand resistance and corrosion resistance.

In addition, appropriate maintenance and repair plans need to be developed based on needs. As the normal operation of power transformers is crucial for ensuring power supply stability, it is necessary to regularly inspect and maintain the status of transformers. In the climate environment of Mongolia, maintenance personnel need to regularly clean, inspect, and replace components of transformers to ensure their normal operation. At the same time, it is also necessary to establish a comprehensive emergency response mechanism for faults and issues that may arise in a timely manner.

In summary, the climate and environment in Mongolia have a certain impact on power transformers. In order to ensure normal operation under the climatic conditions of Mongolia, it is necessary to select transformer types and configuration schemes suitable for different climatic conditions, and take corresponding maintenance and repair measures to ensure its stability and reliability.
