Hengfengyou electric won the bid for the dry-type transformer, medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgear and other distribution equipment of the project. The total contract cost of the project is 220.919 billion CFA francs, equivalent to about 441 million US dollars. With the subsequent incremental projects, the total project amount is 546 million US dollars, and the total contract period is 28 months. Including design and trial operation, the actual available construction period is only 22 months. Compared with projects of the same scale in China, the construction period has been shortened by one third, which is a miracle.
