How should the transformer be wired and outgoing

The wiring method of dry-type transformer has the following five processes:
 
1. Short circuit the "input" and "output" terminals of the transformer, and test the insulation resistance between them and the ground wire with a megger. When measured by 1000V megger, the resistance is greater than 2m Ω.
 
2. The section wiring of input and output power lines of transformer shall meet the requirements of current value;
It should be configured according to 2-2.5a/min2 current density.

3. The input and output three-phase power lines shall be connected to phase a, phase B and phase C respectively according to the bus color of the transformer terminal block yellow, green and red, the neutral zero line shall be connected to the neutral zero line of the transformer voltage, and the grounding wire shall be connected to the transformer shell (if the transformer has a chassis, it shall be connected to the grounding wire mark of the box)
Check the input and output lines and confirm that they are correct.
 
4. Power on no-load first, investigate and test that the input and output voltage meets the requirements.
At the same time, investigate whether there is abnormal noise, ignition, peculiar smell and other abnormal phenomena inside the machine. If there is any abnormality, please disconnect the input power supply immediately.
 
5. After the no-load test is completed and normal, the load can be connected.

What are the methods of low voltage outgoing line of dry-type transformer?
 
1. Low voltage specification shutdown bus:
If the project wiring adopts closed bus (also known as plug-in bus or dense bus duct), the corresponding dry-type transformer can provide standardized closed bus terminal to facilitate connection with external bus.
For products with enclosure (IP20), a closing bus flange is provided on the top cover of the enclosure; Products without enclosure (IP00) are only provided with closed busbar terminals.
 
2. LV specification horizontal row side outgoing line:
When the dry-type transformer is placed side by side with the low-voltage distribution panel, in order to facilitate the connection between its terminals, the transformer can provide low-voltage lateral outgoing lines, which are usually matched with the low-voltage panels such as GGD, GCK and MNS. The transformer factory and the Switchgear Factory shall sign the interface coordination minutes to confirm the detailed size of the coordination interface to ensure the smooth operation of the on-site device.
 
3. Outgoing line at vertical row side of LV specification:
Similar to the horizontal row side outgoing line, when the domino panel and other bus are selected as the vertical placement of low-voltage distribution panel, the transformer can provide low-voltage vertical row side outgoing line.
